Job Description:

We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled Agriculture and Microfinance Business Development Associate to join our team at Commercial Bank. The ideal candidate will be responsible for Preparation of loan evaluations. This role requires expertise in Computer skills and offers an excellent opportunity for career growth.

Responsibilities:

• Generate leads, identify potential clients and introduce them to the assigned branches.
• Forming clusters & societies / conducting basic trainings to members / collecting data & submitting to branches.
• Provide assistance to the branch in maintaining a quality loan portfolio.

Requirements:

• Passed GCE Ordinary Level in one sitting with simple passes for mathematics and English .
• Passed GCE Advanced Level.
• Should Have a motorbike and a valid driving licence.

Location: All island, Sri Lanka

Salary: Salary Range or "Negotiable"
