We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled Customer Care Officer to join our team at Lanka Hospitals Corporation PLC. The ideal candidate will be responsible for You are expected to act as a liaison officer between our labdoratory and our valued customers,assisting them by providing information in response to customer concerns,queries and attend to all the calls received. • Passed A/L Examination.
• Be computer literate.
• Possess strong communication skills and good telephone etiquette.
