We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled Customer Relation Officer to join our team at PickMe. The ideal candidate will be responsible for Attend BIA arrival passenger transport inquiries and arrange pickup point vehicles quickly and efficiently. This role requires expertise in Possess excellent communication and customer service skills and offers an excellent opportunity for career growth.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain a smooth operation of the BIA pickup point.
• Drive Passengers from the Airport in a timely and professional manner.
• Improve and develop several pickups from the BIA pickup point and help generate revenue for the company.

Requirements:

• Be able to work independently as part of a team.
• Be punctual and reliabl.
• Be able to work flexible hours on a shift basis.
