We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled Customer Service Executive to join our team at Paan Paan. The ideal candidate will be responsible for Answer phones and help customers with inquiries and orders. This role requires expertise in Good spoken and written skills in English and Sinhala,Tamil and offers an excellent opportunity for career growth.

Responsibilities:

• Serve visiting customers with their food reqirments.
• Respond to inquires received on social media platforms such as instagram, Facebook.
• Place orders with production as per the company guidelines.

Requirements:

• He or She must be under 50 years of age.
• Sound secondary education.
• Should have strong communication skills for interraction with customers and team members.
