We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled Customer Support Officer to join our team at Singer (Sri Lanka) PLC. The ideal candidate will be responsible for Handle inbound/outbound calls promptly and professionally. Responsibilities:

• Address customer inquiries,resolve compaints,and provide accurate information.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
• Document all interactions and transactions accurately in our system.

Requirements:

• Passed GCE Ordinary Level with "C" Passes for Mathermatics and English.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using computer systems and navigating software applications.
