Job Description:

We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled Executive - Call Center to join our team at Sanasa General Insurance Company Limited. The ideal candidate will be responsible for Assist customers with inquiries,requests, and problem resolution. This role requires expertise in Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM software and offers an excellent opportunity for career growth.

Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and courtesy.
• Follow up on customer calls whenever necessary and respond to emails.
• Maintain positive relationships with clients and coordinate with other departments all the time.
• Meet and exceed performance targets to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Successfully completed G.C.E O/L and G.C.E A/L.
• Minimum 1 years of experience in similar role.
• ability to speak Tamiil language will be an added advantage.

Location: Colombo 8, Sri Lanka
