Job Description:

We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled Executive - Human Resources to join our team at Merchant Bank of Sri Lanka & Finance PLC. The ideal candidate will be responsible for HR Data Analytics-Generate HR reports,analyze workforce trends,and provide insights to support decisionmaking. This role requires expertise in Computer skills and offers an excellent opportunity for career growth.

Responsibilities:

• Document Archiving-Implement and maintain an organized document archiving systems for HR records and compliance document.
• Business system Access Management-Manage staff access to HR and business systems,ensuring proper authorization and compliance.

Requirements:

• GCE A/L Examination with 3 passes with 02 Years'Experience in a similar capacity or.
• GCE O/L Examination with 3 03 Years'Experience in a similar capacity or.
• Experience in Excel is an added advantage.

Location: Colombo 3, Sri Lanka

Salary: Salary Range or "Negotiable"
