Job Description:

We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled Executive - Business Development (Personal Finance) to join our team at LOLC Finance. The ideal candidate will be responsible for As a Business Development Executive, we expect you to possess sound knowedge in the area of marketing. This role requires expertise in Good interpersonal,communication,negotiation and marketing skills and offers an excellent opportunity for career growth.

Responsibilities:

• Initiating and implementing timely and effective measures to achieve individual targets will be a key focus of this role.
• Further,you are required to market all financial products of the Group with primary Focus on eading by conducting promotional activities in order to contribute in sustaining the profitability and the growth in the branch.
• Ensure quality standards and meet deadlines.

Requirements:

• Successful Completion of GCE A/L Examination with minimum of two passes.
• Full/part professional qualification (SLIM/CIM)will be an added advantage.
• School Leavers/Minimum of two years' experience in marketing prferably in the non-banking finance industry.
• Valid riding license is mandatory.
