Job Description:

We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled Executive/Officer - Business Development to join our team at Assetline Finance Limited. The ideal candidate will be responsible for Acquiring new customers and achieving assigned business targets. This role requires expertise in Strong interpersonal skills and ability to develop positive relationships with internal/external stakeholders and offers an excellent opportunity for career growth.

Responsibilities:

• Managing and developing the business portfolio with proper customer engagements while collecting rental dues timely.
• Preparing and executing the individual businss plans.
• Follow up and finalize all business leads on a timely basis.

Requirements:

• Passed GCE (A/L).
• Minimum 1,3 years of experience in similar capacity preferably in the banking or non-banking finance industry.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to develop positive relationships with internal/external stakehoders.

Location: Battaramulla / Borella / Nugegoda / Piliyandala, Sri Lanka

Salary: Salary Range or "Negotiable"
