Job Description:
We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled Intern-Call Center to join our team at Softlogic Life Insurance PLC. The ideal candidate will be responsible for Manage and resolve customer complaints. This role requires expertise in Excellent communication skills in English/Sinhala is a must and offers an excellent opportunity for career growth.
Responsibilities:
- Handle all incoming/outgoing calls related to life/health inquiries.
- Follow up on customers call whenever necessary & respond to emails.
- Maintain positeve relationship with clients and coordinate with other departments all the time.
Requirements:
- Successfully completed GCE A/L's.
- Communication skills in Tamil language will be an added advantage.
- Willingness and ability to work on shift basis including weekends as well.
