Job Description:

We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled IT Assistant to join our team at Home Lands Skyline (Pvt) Ltd. The ideal candidate will be responsible for Assist in setting up and maintaining basic network hardware and software under supervision. Responsibilities:

• Provide first-level support to end-users for network connectivitiy and IT hardware/software issues.
• Perform routine checks and basic troubleshooting on network devices such as switches,routers,and wireless access points.
• Prepare and maintain IT documentary/Inventory Related tasks.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in information Technology/Higher Diploma in a related field.
• Minimum 1-3 years of experience on supporting on End user IT issues.
• Strong analytical,problem-solving,and critical-thinking skills.
