We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled IT Assistant to join our team at RemediumOne (Private) Limited. The ideal candidate will be responsible for Willing to travel to research sites across the country. Requirements:

• Hands-on IT helpdesk support raising tickets,resolving issues within TAT,and initial troubleshooting.
• Support IT Manager in audits for compliance.
• Fluent in English and Sinhala/Tamil communication.
