Job Description:

We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled IT/System Assistant to join our team at DTech (Pvt) Ltd. The ideal candidate will be responsible for Provide technical support to staff, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues. This role requires expertise in proficiency in troubleshooting hardware and software issues and offers an excellent opportunity for career growth.

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support to staff, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues
• install,configure and maintain IT equipment such as computers,printers,and network devices.
• Maintain system Backups and ensure data security.
• Manage user accounts, access permissions, and IT documentation.
• Prepare functional documentation and user manuals.
• Provide training and support to end users on Odoo functionalities.
• Collaborate with the development team to customize Odoo modules as necessary.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• High-Level understanding of Odoo ERP is added advantage.
• Strong Communication and interpersonal skills.
