We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled Junior Executive - HR to join our team at ESOFT Metro Campus (Pvt) Ltd. The ideal candidate will be responsible for Manage end-to-end recruitment,from job posting to onboarding. This role requires expertise in Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and offers an excellent opportunity for career growth.

Responsibilities:

• Source and attract candidates using various channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate suitability.
• Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hires.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources,Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 1 years of experience in Human Resources.
• Contributing team member.
