Job Description:

We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled Regional Executives - General Bancassurance & Partnership (Island wide) to join our team at LOLC Holdings PLC. The ideal candidate will be responsible for Responsible for achieving General Insurance business KPIs by promoting products to bank and non-bank customers. This role requires expertise in Self-motivated,resuits-driven, andresilient with excelient interpersonal, PR, and analytical skills and offers an excellent opportunity for career growth.

Responsibilities:

• Key Duties include supporting team members in customer visits and business finalization, Additionally,Regional Executives develop strategies to drive growth, motivate employees and coordiante customer appointments when necessary.
• They also ensure the timely delivery of insurance policies to the bank and its customers.

Requirements:

• Successful completion of the GCE A/L examination.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in Sales and Marketing role,including 2yars in the Bancassurance industry.
• Excellent negotiation,time management, and planning skills.
• Strong communication skills in English And Sinhala/Tamil.

Location: All island, Sri Lanka
