We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled Requitement Officer to join our team at Koombiyo Delivery (Pvt) Ltd. The ideal candidate will be responsible for Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need. This role requires expertise in Proactive and able to do multitasking in a fast-paced environment and offers an excellent opportunity for career growth.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare advertisement and publish them and collect CV's.
- Screen applicants to evaluate if they need the position requirements.
- Conduct preliminary interviews & shortlisting candidates.
- Prepare personal files of new comer.
- Attend for onboarding process.
Requirements:
- Age below 30 years.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in recruiter.
- Computer literacy is must.
- High capability in time and self management.
