Job Description:

We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled Retail Sales Officer to join our team at SDB Bank PLC. The ideal candidate will be responsible for Achieve given sales targets. This role requires expertise in Exceptional communication,Language proficiency,negotiation,interpersonal skills and Tech savvy and offers an excellent opportunity for career growth.

Responsibilities:

• Reaching out to prospective customers of the market segment.
• Selling retail products using the value proposition.
• Ability to enhance cross-selling opportunities.
• Build and maintaining strong business relationships to ensure future sales.

Requirements:

• Age between 23-32 years.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Retail,Premier Banking,Consumer Banking,SME and Trade will be considered as an added advantage.
• GCE A/L passed in any stream.
• Certificat/Diploma from a recognized Institution is an advantage.
• Smart and outgoing personality with a passion for sales who hold a valid riding license.

Location: Colombo 6, Sri Lanka

Salary: Successful candidates will be recruited on a Fixed-Term Contract and will be provided with an attractive remuneration and an incentive package,commensurate with benchmarked financial institutions.
