Responsibilities:
- Settling collections daily as per system records.
- Assist customers with inquiries and handle any concerns.
- Proper maintenance of reports and other documents.
Requirements:
- Qualification in GCE A/L including two "C" Passes in any stream.
- Knowledge of MS Office package and ability to work in a computerized environment.
- Strong numeracy skills,attention to detail,excellent customer service and communication abilities.
- Age below 35 years.
