Responsibilities:
- Answer phone calls,take messages and direct inquiries to the appropriate department.
- Assist in scheduling and managing appointments for both Times School of Education and the Advertising Department.
- Provide general administrative support such as managing emails,preparing documents, and filing.
- Ensure the reception area is organized and presentable at all times.
- Handle all incoming and outgoing mails and packages.
- Perform other adminstrative duties as required.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Higher Diploma (Front Office management or related field preferred).
- Prior experience in a receptionist or customer service role is an advantage.
- Strong communication in English and Sinhala (Tamil is an advantage).
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office(Word,Excel,Outlook).
- A professional well-groomed appearance and a positive attitude.
- Age below 35 years.
