Requirements:

• Passed GCE Advance Level.
• Willingness to work on a shift / Work From Home and rotation basis.
• Very clear & pleasant voice.
• Good communication skills both Sinhala & English and ability to communicate in Tamil would be a distinct advantage.
• Willingness to listen and understand the customer and ability to manage time effectively.
• Ability to work in team and Computer literate.

Location: Colombo
