Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
• Assist with employee engagement activities and initiatives.
• Help prepare HR Reports and documents as neeed.
• Participate in HR projects and research tasks.
• Address employee inquiries and provide support on HR-related questions.
• Provide assistance in various HR projects as required.

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources,Business Adminstration, or a related field.
• Strong interest in pursuing a career in Human Resources.
• Strong acadedmic background with GCE (A/L).
• Execellent communication skills in English.
• Independent and works with minimum supervision.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Package.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced,team-oriented environment.
• Age below 25 years.

Location: Colombo 3, Sri Lanka

Salary: Salary Range or "Negotiable"
