Responsibilities:

• Maintain employee records and ensure HR documentation is up-to-date and compliant with institutional policies.
• Monitor attendance and leave records of staff.
• Assist in organizing training sessions and professional development programs.
• Support management in enforcing policies and procedures fairly and consistently.
• Address employee grievances and mediate workplace conflicts when necessary.
• Conduct performance appraisals and support team leaders in evaluation processes.
• Coordinate Payroll inputs and HR-related administrative tasks.
• Foster a positive work culture and ensure staff satisfaction and retention.
• Assist in organizing internal events,staff meetings and team-building activities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources,Business Administration or related field.
• Proven experience as an HR Excutive or in a similar HR role,preferably in the education sector.
• Good knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
• Proficiency in MS Office and HR management systems.
