Responsibilities:

• Processing of Issuing Chargebacks.
• Compliation of weekly operational dashboards.
• Identify opportunities for process enhancements and contribute to the implementation of best practices.

Requirements:

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Minimum 02 years of experience in Banking/Financial Services.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Location: Colombo, Sri Lanka
