Responsibilities:
- Ensure the quality and feasibility of R & D outcomes.
- Provide technical service support and advice to sales,marketing,production and customers.
- Engage with site visits and product benchmarking activities.
- Manage the budgeting and resource allocation for R & D projects.
- Address challenges and solve problems to keep projects on track.
- Work with cross-functional teams to deliver best in class solutions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry/Polymer Science from a reputed university.
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in Similar capacity.
- Knowledge of maintaining formal R & D records.
