Supervisor (Customer Relations) Requirements:

• GCE A/L with minimum 02 years'experience in Customer Relations or Sales Administration.
• A professional qualification in Accounting is required,with Sales Administration qualifications considered a plus.
• Age between 24 years to 30 years.
• Ability in general conversational English.
• Ability to lead a team with passion and commitment.
• Ability to work under pressure and to deadline.
• Have an excellent customer service and follow-up skills.

Customer Relations Assistant Requirements:

• Age between 18 years to 25 years.
• Passed GCE (A/L).
• Ability in general coversation English.
• Experience in customer Service is an added qualification.
• Ability to work with passion and commitment.

Location: Nawala, Sri Lanka

Salary: Salary Range or "Negotiable"
