Responsibilities:

• Handle client inquiries,providing basic information and directing them to the right department.
• Maintain client records and ensure seamless communication between clients and advisors.
• Manage appointment scheduling and administrative support.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills and a warm,professional telphone manner.
• Ability to multitask and work indepently in a remote.
• Proficiency in microsoft office and CRM systems is a Plus.
