Responsibilities:
- Facilitate and monitor knowledge acquisition programs.
- Analyze the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations.
- Ensure proper documentation and communication regarding training activites.
Requirements:
- GCE A/L qualification in Commerce.
- Qualified in AAT or Charted Foundation.
- Proficiency in computerized accounting applications.
- Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage.
