Requirements:

• A Degree or Equivalent professional qualification from a recognized University / Professional body or.
• Qualified in GCE (A/L) with minimum 3 simple passes for main subjects and credit passes for English & Mathematics in GCE (O/L) with a minimum of 2 years' experience in the Banking or Finance Sector.
• Age should be below 28 years.
• Strong analytical skills and Leadership skills.
• IT literacy.
• Good knowledge of Banking products,compliance & regulations.
• Ability to refer to policy and procedure when applying information and making decisions.
• Experience in developing collection/recovery operational & portfolio reports.

Location: Colombo, Sri Lanka

Salary: Salary Range or "Negotiable"
