Responsibilities:
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the ERP system.
- Handle cash and card payments,ensuring accuracy in counting and providing correct change.
- Maintain a clean and organized sales area,including shelves,displays,and checkout counters.
- Assist customers in finding products,answering inquiries,and providing product information.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
Requirements:
- Passed GCE A/L.
- Professional Qualification in Sales & Marketing from a reputed institution (Part/Fully Qualified).
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service preferred.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in cash handling.
- Age below 25 years old.
