Responsibilities:

• Direct customer queries to the appropriate departments for quick solutions.
• Manage and resolve customer complaints efficiently.
• Document all call-related information according to company standards.

Requirements:

• GCE O/L or GCE A/L (school leavers are encouraged to apply).
• Minimum 1 year previous experience in the field of Customer Care/Call Center/Telemarketing,preferably in the Motor insurance or financial service industries would be a distinct advantage.
• Excellent telephone etiquette.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work in a computerized environment.
• Attention to details and ability to work with strict deadlines Very good interpersonal skills.

Location: Colombo 10, Sri Lanka
