Customer Care Supervisor Requirements:

• Passed the GCE A/L.
• Professional qualification in marketing would be a plus.
• Proficiency in Sinhala/Tamil with a basic conversational knowledge of English.
• Basic Computer awareness in MS Office including MS Excel.
• Willingness to learn and improve.
• Strong customer-oriented mindset.

• Pleasant communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work as part of a team and contribute positively to the workplace environment.
• Prior experience will be an added advantage.

Customer Care Assistant Requirements:

• Passed O/L with 6 subjects in one attempt.
• Proficiency in Sinhala/ Tamil with a basic conversational knowledge of English.
• Basic Computer awareness in MS Office including MS Excel.
• Willingness to learn and improvve.
• Strong customer-oriented mindset.
• Pleasant communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work as part of a team and contribute positively to the workplace environment.
