Responsibilities:

• Be a dynamic youngster with a can-do attitude.
• Ability to cross sell Union Bank products & services to customers.
• Maintain high standard of telephone etiquettes & customer experience.

Requirements:

• Completion of GCE Advanced Level examination.
• Willingness to work on roster basis.
• Prior work experience in a contact center would be an advantage.
• Fully or partially qualified.
• Fluency in English is a must.
• Flexibility to work overnight shifts (Male candidates).
