Responsibilities:

• Provide eaccurate,valid and complete information to customers by using the right methods.
• Respond to all customer calls,inquiries,and complaints.
• Keep records of customer interactions,comments and complaints.
• Direct customer inquiries and complaints to relevant officers.
• Respond to all customers in a prompt,efficient,friendly and courteous manner.
• Keep records and being responsible for correspondence and couriers received directly or by post.

Requirements:

• Age should be below 30 years.
• Being a resident of Colombo area and suburbs.
• Passed GCE A/L examination.
• Minimum of 1 year's working experience in the related area.
• Should possess good command of English & Sinhala both oral & written and proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Tamil language skills would be an added advantage.
• Ability to work under minimum supervision.
